NSCC MBAI in its Beginning

The idea of creating a Mutual Benefit Association of NUEVA SEGOVIA CONSORTIUM OF COOPERATIVES was first introduced to the Board of Directors by Mrs. Divina C. Quemi, DBA in 2012. Mrs. Divina C. Quemi was the founder of NSCC-MBAI.

This is in compliance to the Joint MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1 and No. 2 Series of 2010, issued by the Insurance Commission and the Cooperative Development Authority about regulations on informal insurance activities.

Purpose of the program is to provide the security of members and member-cooperatives including hospitalization benefits at a low premium.

On May 20, 2016, NSCC MBA was registered to the Securities and Exchange Commission with Registration No. CN201610037. RIMANSI assisted in the preparation, processing, and submission of all the necessary documents and requirements.

The initial Governance of NSCC-MBA comes from the Board of Directors of NSCC Federation and members of Micro-Finance.
